		TROPICAL BLUE COUCH Similar appearance to Queensland Blue Couch with a wider and stronger leaf. Good drought resistance properties, very attactive, needs good drainage. Not suited for shady areas.
		SEA ISLE Most salt tolerant turf. Handle high saline environments. Can handle high wear areas. Very thick grass, likes at least 3hrs sun per day.
		SAPHIRE SOFT LEAF BUFFALO Bred from the renowned Sir Walter, this fine leaf form of buffalo is a beautiful thick growing turf. It can handle up to 80% shade and has good drought resistant properties.
		ZOYSIA This beautiful grass has a very fine leaf and is slow growing. It is nick named 'no mow' grass because of its slow growing.
